Meat Loaf is desperate to land a role in the new series of Dr Who.
The singer is a massive fan of the show, and is reportedly craving a part as a villain in the third season.
A source told the Daily Star: "Loaf would be really chuffed if he could land a cameo role in one episode and thinks it would be really good to play a baddie."
