'Heroes' probes Angela Petrelli backstory

Heroes actress Cristine Rose has revealed that her character Angela Petrelli's murky past will be explored during the third season.

"Right smack in the middle of this volume, around episode eight, you get to find out a lot about how her heart is the way it is," Rose told Sci Fi Wire. "I get chills just thinking about it. I love episode eight."

Rose also suggested that her character, mother to both Nathan and Peter Petrelli, will find herself in a position of power: "This volume, she gets her own back. She gets her strength back, and she means business. Then everything falls apart - or maybe it doesn't. It's all a really cool story, so it's exciting."
