'24' criticised by Muslim group again

24 producers have once again been criticised by Muslim activists over the show's portrayal of Islamic terrorists.

Officials at the Council on American-Islamic Relations, who previously complained about the show's fourth season in 2005, have claimed that the drama is continuing to show American Muslims in a negative light.

"The overwhelming impression you get is fear and hatred for Muslims," Council spokesman Rabiah Ahmed explained. "After watching the premiere, I was afraid to go to the grocery store because I wasn't sure the person next to me would be able to differentiate between fiction and reality."
