How are you feeling about your exit after a night's reflection?
"I've had three hours sleep and a lot of Starbucks, but I'm doing alright. Week eight was further than I ever expected to get. From the first time I stepped on the ice, I thought I'd be the first celebrity to leave. To get so far is a real achievement and I'm really proud of myself. I was like Bambi on the first day, always falling over, so I'm just thrilled to have stayed in this long."
Did you know your time was up when you realised you were facing Zoe in the skate-off?
"I'm a realist. I saw somebody who had been given consistently good comments, who was a judges' favourite up against me. She's also scored a '6' earlier in the show, so I didn't think it was likely that anyone would save me. I just enjoyed it as my last skate."
You had quite a frosty relationship with Jason and Ruthie. Why was that?
"I certainly wasn't the judges' favourite! But I was kept in by the public, which means more to me. To get through to week eight on the support of the public alone, that means more to me than any panel of people making comments. They are just there to add some panto to the show. The show would be very dull and boring if it didn't have people like Jason and Ruthie."
We saw a few clips of Christopher Dean showing you how to dance sexily around a chair. What did you make of that?
"Christopher Dean! You only saw a tiny fragment of what happened. On Monday morning where we get an hour's tuition, I had Christopher Dean teaching me lapdancing with a chair, showing me all his sexy moves - that was worth signing up for in itself! It was brilliant. He was such a laugh, both Chris and Jayne are a real hoot to work with. I can't wait to go on tour with them."
You had a skimpy outfit and your song was the Pussycat Dolls this week. Were you comfortable with the raunchiness of the routine?
"I found it really difficult to be sexy. I don't think any girl out there ever feels really sexy, if she was properly honest. I'm really clumsy, a real clutz, so I'm more likely to fall off a chair than look sexy on it. To give me such a sexy song and sexy outfit to live up to, I felt out of my depth. On the night, I had loads of my girlfriends all saying 'be a Pussycat Doll for the night and lose yourself in the music'. So I did and I really came alive in that song."
Coleen has managed to avoid the bottom two again. How far do you think she can go on the show?
"I think anybody can go as far as the public want them to go. Once your in the skate-off, then the judges' get their say and may have their favourites, but it really is anyone's game. Now it's the final five, everyone at home will have their own favourite and each person has their own strengths. Anyone could win the show, which is the beauty."
Melinda Messenger told us last week that you were part of a Boob Appreciation group backstage. Is that true?
"Oh yeah! Wait until you get us on tour! We've got a great group of girls on this show and we've all just embraced the outfits, glitter and push-up bras. We get really excited backstage."
