Stars confirmed for 'Dancing On Ice' tour

The first celebrities taking part in this year's Dancing On Ice tour have been announced.

Rugby star Kyran Bracken, former EastEnders actor Todd Carty and singer Suzanne Shaw will headline the five-week jaunt, beginning April 2.

Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will also be on hand to train the skaters, while performances will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the pair winning gold at the 1984 Olympics for their Bolero routine.

Karen Barber, Robin Cousins, Ruthie Henshall and Nicky Slater will provide rinkside critique, with one special guest judge joining the panel at each tour date.

Similarly to the ITV1 show, audience members will be able to text vote for their favourite skaters, with all profits going to charity. The winning couple will then perform in the finale.

The tour will start in Sheffield, before visiting Nottingham, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Birmingham, finally ending in Belfast on May 3.
