Chris Fountain has said that he is ready for a "battle" with Ray Quinn on the Dancing On Ice tour.
The Hollyoaks actor, 21, finished runner-up on last year's show, but is hoping to come out on top against Quinn, 20, at the forthcoming live shows.
"Ray's very good, but the battle is on," Fountain told the Daily Star. "Hopefully I’ll be the overall winner at the end.”
Quinn, who has already scored a perfect 30 marks from the judges, is currently the bookmaker's favourite to win this year's instalment of the reality show.
Ex-Blue Peter host Zoe Salmon became the latest celebrity to exit the show on Sunday. She claimed that the tour was helping her to get over the disappointment of missing out on a semi-final spot.
"The big thing for me is that we start training for the tour next week and I just can't wait to get stuck into that!" she told DS. "It's just the thought of it being over that scares me. The tour is just delaying the void in my life to be honest. As soon as that's finished, I'm going to be screaming 'Oh, no!'"
