Steve Backley and Gareth Gates will be the highest-paid stars in the new series of Dancing On Ice.
Athlete Backley, who specialises in javelin-throwing, will be paid £60,000 for taking part in the ITV1 reality series, while Pop Idol runner-up Gareth will pick up £50,000.
Sports presenter Natalie Pinkham has signed a £35,000 contract, while former Hear'Say singer Suzanne Shaw and ex-Coronation Street actress Zaraah Abrahams (Joanne Jackson) have settled for £30,000 salaries.
Former Blue Peter host Sarah Greene and Hollyoaks star Chris Fountain (Justin Burton) are the lowest-paid stars, each banking £20,000.
An insider told the Sunday Mirror: "Sarah Greene is going to be upset when she finds out how much more the others are earning. She is a household name, but a lot of the public would struggle to recognise Steve. And Gareth is best remembered for sleeping with Jordan."
