Purchased the box in November - fine for six months but now pixilation, and will not pick up any of the "5" channels at all. Does not recognise their existence. We pick up from the Hannington transmitter and there is no good reason why this should happen. Neighbours unaffected. No company information available in the literature accompanying the purchase

This freeview box is a great bargain, picks up lots of great channels, but i find the picture is always blocky and pixelated

Fairly cheap box that works well and for me at least it picks up all the channels. Doesn't look like anything special though. The remote could have been a bit better as it a little hard to get to channels with double numbers as the numbered buttons are quite close and they are not easy to press quick enough. Has an small now and next guide which is ok as well as a slightly bigger EPG which is fairly easy to get used to. The 7 day EPG is ok doing what it should but it not anything special and the reminder function is basic but works. Overall a nice box that does what it should with any major problems.
