Internet service provider Tiscali is considering merging with DSL TV operator Homechoice, The Telegraph reported on Thursday.

The paper reports that the transaction is expected to value Homechoice at around £100m. The company serves 45,000 households in the London and Stevenage areas, providing broadband internet access, live TV and video on demand programmes.
