
Discovery is to gain a third channel slot in the entertainment category of Sky's electronic programme guide after paying £1.4m to take over channels 144 and 145.
The two positions are currently occupied by Sumo and its +1 timeshift. DMAX will move from its current home on 155 to 144 on Monday, and is expected to be joined by DMAX +1 - presently on 206 - on 145.
DMAX 2, a two-hour timeshift of DMAX, will take over 155, with Sumo relocating to 206.
