News Corporation's NDS has completed its acquisition of MediaHighway from Thomson in a €60m cash transaction.

Thomson's vice president of cable business and retail digital recorders worldwide, Caroline Le Bigot, becomes NDS vice president and general manager of NDS Technologies, France.
