Humax has unveiled its new line of LCD integrated digital TVs (IDTVs).
The company released details on three new models today. Features that the new models have in common are:
- Tuners: Two digital, one analogue. Permits picture-in-picture, dual recording functionality.
- Interactive: MHEG-5 engine for interactive services
- In/out: Dolby Digital out, 4 AV in, 1 S-Video in
- EPG: 8 day EPG
- Pay-TV compatibility: Common Interface slot permits compatibility with pay-TV services such as Top Up TV
"Our new LCD IDTV range underlines our commitment to meeting our customers needs with quality home cinema products that look good and don’t cost the earth," said Dale Heathcote, Humax UK commercial director. "As a world leader in the digital set top box and PVR market, Humax has the expertise to provide world class products at a reasonable price without compromising on quality or style."
The LB-26T will be in the shops first, with the -TP models following in early 2005.
