MGt has been contracted to provide customer service and support for Freeview.

All aspects of Freeview's customer service requirements will be covered by MGt over the course of the two year deal, it was announced today.

"Freeview has experienced rapid growth since its launch three years ago and we are naturally delighted to have secured this contract having come through what was a rigorous and highly-competitive procurement process," said MGt chief executive Jonathan Guthrie.

MGt is a name familiar to DS readers. The company operated customer services for "Solus" viewing cards and their £20 replacements.
