VOD service FilmFlex has concluded a deal to air movies from the NBC Universal library.

Recent titles such as King Kong, The 40 Year-Old Virgin, Skeleton Key, Jarhead, Nanny McPhee and Pride & Prejudice are covered by the deal, in addition to around 4,000 feature films from the NBCU archive. FilmFlex is available in 1.9 million cable homes.

"The depth and breadth of films on offer is one of the key features that attract users to VOD,” said Andrew Keyte, MD of FilmFlex. “We are delighted that NBC Universal is providing some of its great movie classics and new releases for the FilmFlex service which further underpins our objective in creating the pre-eminent movie experience for cable customers in the UK.”
