All Homechoice subscribers will be offered the chance to move to a Tiscali package this month, the company has promised.

Tiscali succeeded Homechoice early last year. Some customers have been transferred already but others have complained of being left unsure what will happen.

Spokesman Lee Robson said it planned to offer everyone a Tiscali package equivalent to their current deal "imminently". It is planned to happen this month, he said.

"They will get the option to move to an equivalent package. If there is a difference between the packages they will be offered the slightly better one, so no one loses anything."

The news came as Tiscali launched a new PVR, Tiscali+, and stepped up a drive to get 200,000 TV subscribers by the end of the year.
