I created a new user account for myself last night. I imported a few CDs into my iTunes library and set up Skype, which works very well with the iSight camera.
I was also impressed with the built-in microphone which I don't have to shout into when having a conversation with a friend.

Ok, well I took the plunge and bought an iMac. A big iMac. It's a 24" beast. Mrs Egg is doing a photography degree so it will come in very handy for that sort of thing.

Having never really used a Mac before, I thought there would be quite a steep learning curve, but I was suprised at how easy I picked it up.

I'll admit, I did spend an hour or 2 on the Apple website which actually has some useful pages for those who are contemplating the transfer from PC to Mac....
