Chairman of BSkyB and chief executive of News Corporation in Europe and Asia, James Murdoch has made a speech at the Edinburgh TV Festival today, and he isn't happy.

Basically, he believes that the BBC is preventing the commercial sector not only from competing, but also being able to charge for news content you can currently get for free.
