One thing I can't stand about modern celebrities is the way most of them look like they're just walked off a makeover show when they go out rather than expressing their personalities. Not Ash. If she want to wear demin or shiny fabric - she's going to.

Wear and be damned. Wear what you like Aisleyne. And never, ever compromise what you wear when you're out partying to please other people. Most stylists should be shot because they wash out people personalities by projecting their own onto people though fashion.

Pah.
well said. She can wear what she likes and enjoy herself doing so. Most of us cant get away with it, but on the whole she does.

I like this dress it shows her curves off.

Just out of curiosity, did you think like this when Queen Jordan and Jodie M, wore next to nothing outfits as well?

excuse me what where is that outfit so trashy? My word if that is trashy, some FMs are living very sheltered lives.

And even if they were, some of us learnt not to judge someone on what clothes they wear, but who the person is, when she was in the house.

Personally even if she looked trashy, its better to look trashy than act trashy.

She's the sort of person who would choose clothes like that.

Look at Emzi's post: she sees positive things about Ash in how she dresses.

That's just as much "judging" on what she wore.

So who else at the event was dressed similarly?

Anyway, I think Aisleyne can look - and has looked - much better than that, though some of the criticism in this thread is excessive.

So who is talking the press there, trying to make other HMs look bad?

It's Aisleyne. Whatever the others said, if anything, was relatively private; and are we supposed to believe that when Ash is talking with her friends she's all sweetness and light about everyone from BB7?

Come on now! Stop being petty

I'm sure you're aware the poster didn't want that point to be interpreted literally!

unfortunately certain FM do that all the time. It can become frustrating, but its best just to let them have their fun.

Now you're taking me literally!

I really do wonder what's happened to this forum's cynicism at times! Normally, if someone wore a dress like that to an event like that, we'd conclude that she was hoping to get her picture in the papers.

Wow, glad I gave this thread a miss, its banned city.

IMO, the dress ain't great but I've seen her in a lot worse. Of course she's wearing the dress to get into the papers and mags, she's a zeleb, its her job. I scanned through the celeb mags this tuesday and except Ash and Nikkis regular columns in More, the only mention I saw of any HM was Ash in a "fashion disaster" article in Heat. Its a pretty sad fact about celebrity culture but wearing dresses like this is the best way to get a mention in the press.

Looks like OK magazine are going to have to wake up to an Aisleyne photo shoot following this and about time too.
Will be good for wider profile and appeal.

The dress is pretty vile, but I think it's Ash's hair that is the major problem.

All the housemates talk to the press, not just Aisleyne. I'm not certain why you are suggesting otherwise, unless it's just down to the fact that you wish to apply different criteria when discussing Aisleyne.

Compared to the public comments of Grace, Michael, Mikey, Nikki, Pete & Spiral, Aisleyne's comments about the other BB7 hms have been very mild. Amongst that lot are 2 that have publicly called another BB7 housemate a 'prostitute'.

As for, 'who else at the event was dressed similarly?' ... plenty of them. And I mean plenty. Take a look.

Fair enough, but have you considered the very real possibility that Aisleyne is, in fact, wearing what she is paid by some stylist to promote?

What price 'sass' , daring and 'personality' then?

No sheltered life but I have a fashion sense. And I know what's trashy and what isn't. What's not trashy about a red dress that barely covers her arse?

The people praising Ash's trashy dress sense are the same people who tut when they see Jordan or Jodie's 'clothes'.

It says alot when Alicia Douvall has dressed better on the night.

As for trashy behaviour, there are pictures where Ash has pulled down the front of her top and flashed her breasts.

And who was that then? Which one? Aisleyene made a minimum of 6 persoanlity changes in that house.

There was sad Aisleyne, happy, cool, confident, scared and supportive Aisleyne - all the other HMs exhibited a monochromatic personality that did not stray beyond a baseline of blandness.

Hope that helps

Like who? And look where? I've just looked through 17 pages of WENN pics again and didn't see anyone wearing as little, apart from Alicia Douvall.

If "Aisleyne looked like any other girl dressed up in London party season", she still didn't look like any other girl at that party, even if she did look like some.

Well, I can see plenty, all very similar. If you can't, that's fine by me. We are allowed different points of view.

I'm not suggesting otherwise. But Ash made that comment about others bitching about her at an event when there wasn't any "public" bitching from the others and for all we know no bitching at all.

Aislyne has such a great figure she can get away with clothes like this and imo she doesn't look trashy.
I would give anything to have beautiful long legs like hers.
