Due to high demand for this product, we have sold out of our pre-order allocation for dispatch on April 28th. Should you place an order on or after the 8th of April, this will be for additional stock that we hope to dispatch on May 1st. Wow sorry to all those people. Puts into perspective really when we're all talking about whether we'll get it tomorrow.

I used to pre-order from Amazon myself until my Xbox 360 pre-order fiasco. Been using Play.com and Gameplay ever since - no problems as yet.

I ordered the GTA IV SE from Amazon on the 18th April and it says despatching soon....so maybe just the standalone game?

It will be just the game I think, AFAIK those with the special edition will get it straight away from pretty much everywhere, very few reports of sell outs, or even close.
