ne epg messed my sound on sky hd box - Sky+ HD

since i got the new epg my sound on my sky hd box as gone well low my amp is now turned up to full and i can still speak to someone on the phone there is no option with this new epg to adjust the volume

sort it out sky got a new stylish epg but my sound is shitttttttt sorry for the language but weekends i like to listen to the music channles now i cant they are to low

Don't like the new Sky HD EPG but can't say i've had a sound problem,thats a new one on me.

Same problem with me, I've noticed I've had to crank up the volume on my amp a couple of notches.

Sky have removed the volume control from the new EPG. This however should not be a problem due it now outputting unamplified sound (the same as your DVD player would).
The change has resulted in me increasing the volume on my TV from the usual 18 to 24 to reach the same levels; not an earth shattering amount and certainly something not to throw your dummy out of the pram over.

You may have lost volume but feel the dynamic range.
