The boss (Paul Jackson) seems to either like sound-a-like robo-jocks or high personality presenters, but nothing in-between.

If you join his station as the former, it's my belief that that's what you're likely to stay.

Undoubtly would have got a pay rise though - so I guess you take the rough with the smooth.
