Apparently all the Wyldes and Lambs have renewed their contracts apart from Maxwell Caulfield, who is leaving in January and has reportedly described his exit as "epic". That's about as much as we know so far.

I thought there might be an opening to a possible storyline with Nikhil and Natasha tonight. Maybe, but sometimes you can jump the gun with soaps, and the storylines go off in another direction or it comes to nothing.

However, they'd be quite a good match, they're both really business-minded and intelligent plus he seems totally dissinterested with younger women and she'd be quite on his level I think. He seems to like maturity in people, so...

Except that while I felt Natasha was flirting with Nikhil, I didn't feel that he was especially interested in her - he's shown more interest in Faye!

May I just say that you were spot on in what you said to Ashley tonight. It needed to be said - in fact, it was overdue! - and it's a very big shame that he didn't listen.

It is an occupational hazard sadly. Some of my inner-city churches have to be built with no flammable materials at all now, due to the amount of times they get burnt down. Emmerdale is doing pretty well on the church and vicarage count truth be told.

I actually think Natasha has had some nice little scenes this week. For me, her gratitude to Sam and her warmth with her children, are preferable to the current slew of 'romance' scenes between Mark and Faye. I like Mark better in those family scenes too.

Well I've really gone off Mark now he's gone back to Faye.
I kind of let him off being a Bigamist [generous aint I?] because he stayed with Natasha and I kind of cut him some slack because he was in turmoil over his feelings for Ryan.

But now, no way can I let him off.
He has to be punished.

I know many of you will want me to punish him by stealing all of his shirts.
But, that isn't sufficient.
I will attempt to put itching powder under his wig.
That'll teach him.

Stealing all his shirts wouldnt be a punishment for us, that means we'd get to see his sexy chest and get all hot and bothered and by stealing his shirts that would mean I could sniff them and wear them to sleep in etc
