Phone /w free Gift - Mobile Phones

Hi Guys

My 18mth Contract with O2 runs out shortly and I was looking at new deals (possibly with other networks too) and stumbled upon the tesco contract website.

Of course I know a LOT of 3rd party sellers (such as CPW, P4U etc) give out free gifts.

I noticed on there a similar deal to what I am on now, but pay a few quid more each month and you get a free PS3 slim (which would make a good media centre for us here atm).

Has anyone actually redeemed gifts like this before, and can you explain the process?
