You can view them via your browser. In Firefox it is Tools > Options > Privacy > Show Cookies. For IE8 it is Tools > Internet Options > General > (Browswer history) Settings > View Files.

What do you need to access the cookies for?

If you want to delete them, install CCleaner and it will handle all the common browsers cookies etc...

To delete cookies without starting IE, click on the "start" button. Then click "run". Type "inetcpl.cpl". Click "OK". This will bring up the "internet properties" options. In the general tab, under "browsing history" click "delete". In the "delete browsing history" box, click on "delete cookies".

As per the other thread, you need to download Internet Explorer 8 (and definitely Malwarebytes as well) on another computer, transfer it to yours and install it.

When you say "it wont let me", what do you actually mean? At what point in my suggestion do things stop working? Do you get an error message? Do you get an Accesss denied message? Can you give more details?

More information!!!! We can't help unless we know exactly what is going on.

Were you able to download and copy the IE8 and Malwarebytes files to your PC? What exactly happened when you tried to install them?
