Cheryl to host her own TV show next month

Quote:
Cheryl Cole is reportedly to be given her own TV show.

The X Factor judge will receive £100,000 for hosting the one-off programme on Saturday, December 19, The Sun claims.

Cheryl Cole's Night In is to feature a duet between the Girls Aloud star and Black Eyed Peas singer will.i.am.

Other celebrities set to make an appearance include Rihanna and Alexandra Burke.

Cole said: "I couldn't be happier ITV asked me to do my own show."

Good for her. Say what you like about Cheryl but at the moment she is going from strength to strength.

The amazing thing is that she is the least striking of all the GA members.

How is her profile so markedly different from the other band members - is it the Ashley factor or somethign else.

She has more influential connections within the media machine than the others do. HRH Simon Cowell for one.

All rise for Mr Cowell

More Tweedy singing on TV?

Some executive must have been in an Argos store lately and developed a vehement hatred for the general public.

She is becoming over-exposed. Hopefully this will be the turning point and her midas touch will start to wear off....

Urgh, Im sick of her. I dont get all the love. She cant sing and she comes across as a nasty piece of work, with no talent as a mentor either. Her music knowledge is the same as her chavvy fans, non existant.

Aye, the Sun doing a parody of itsef is great, but just reinforces the reality that they will print any old crap and claim it's the truth. They have been doing it for years and they seem proud of it

Personally i put The Sun's jornalistic prowess slightly behind that of The Beano.

lol, no! We do have a gerbil actually and I wouldn't really wash him, but honest to God, anything's got to be better than Chezza hosting a "show". I'd even rather watch David Dickinson tango some antiques than that drivel.

I'd rather read The Beano than the Sun, anyday. Mind you, I used to mis-pronounce Gnasher as G-nasher, not realising the G was silent.
