I need a new internet server - Advice please

I'm currently with AOL at £10 a month .

I've been with them 3 years and recently had to make a complaint , I've phoned them 3 times over the last 2 months and each time they promise to have it investigated and get back to me , they never do .

I don't need anything fancy , I don't really download a lot , I just want something efficient and a company that respects it's customers . and I don't want to pay more than £10 .

any advice ?

Put your postcode into Sam Knows exchange checker and see what is available, go for LLU and don't rule out Talktalk even though they own AOL.

Well, when you have problems it's easy to feel that you are getting nowhere on the phone. One thing Talktalk do have is a members forum where things tend to get sorted out much quicker.

If you've got Be/O2 on LLU at your exchange. You can get O2's up to 8MB for £7.34 (£7.50 in January) if you have an O2 mobile (£12.50 without).

Don't go for the O2 Access as their are lots of problems with that service.

Or you could have Be who have a 12 month half price offer.
https://www.bethere.co.uk/web/beportal/halfprice
Offer ends 30th November.
