Couple of quick questions about my new house/line - Broadband Internet

Hi there,

I've just moved into a new property and my BT broadband went live today too which is handy (I was moving it from a previous address)... Anyways, a couple of quick questions.

IP Profile: Currently set at 2000K, though I'm syncing @ 8128K... This is literally the first day of connection here, and I understand there is a 'training' period for the line. Is 2000K a normal place for the IP profile to start, and will it then creep up towards a similar rate as the sync speed(stability permitting)?

Second, these are the stats from the HomeHub. Are they good? Is there anything to be concerned about?

Hi Stu

I'd recommend monitoring your service over the next ten days so far its looking good the especially judging by the sync rate on your line.

Any concerns contact us, but we have to ask to allow the ten day training period to complete before doing this.
