PCTV Rave - Capturing video, no sound
I've got a PCTV rave card fitted and thought I'd have a go at capturing some video onto my hard drive. I have a yellow and a black lead (jack plug?) going from my camcorder and can plug the yellow lead into the back of the pctv card but there's no space for the black lead. Hence I have no sound, just picture. I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks

The short black lead is to go from the PCTV Card to your soundcard's line in, so you get sound when using the coax input.
You will need to connect the camcorder's audio out to your soundcard's line in, with a Jack-to-Phono cable. |
