Eforum - Waste of 30 mins?

Second time watching this show.

Who is on? The man who wrote that great book "harrys on the boat", a model and a man with a mullet. A guest phone call from Russel Grant and to wrap it all up, we have a sarf london, wacky comedian hosting it.

I get the feeling this show is not going to be as interesting as the first one I watched with Kitten walking out midway.

What is the point of this show? Surely we could just get the live feed instead? Not all of us can get access to E4. Or failing that, even re runs of South Park and Dark Place?

I think it's ok, the caption competition always annoys me though because they do pick some crap winners!

I think one of his friends should tell him to cut the back. He is starting to resemble a German rocker.

Yeah, I think friends is great. It's such a shame it's only on 28 hours a day...

On a serious note why have they never rebroadcasted "Doogie Howser, MD"?

I got the impression that maybe Russell Brand has had his wings clipped somewhat recently - after seeing one of the earlier Efourum progs with him mercilessly taking the p:ss out of some rather vacuous but opinionated celebs' views e.g. Vic Reeves' wife [can't recall her name]. He appears quite pleasant to them now.

Also I can't help thinking he looks like the b@stard son of Freddie Mercury and Gerry Sadowitz
Even on that basis there's some potential I think.

Except Gerry would just frighten everyone off!

I'll always recall one of his ferocious heckler put-down lines - "My mind's trying to think of something witty to say, but the mouth's saying 'F##K OFF C##T!!!'".

I think they should rethink the format of Efourum to get more viewer participation...

Oh, and the panel should be replaced with actual celebs, rather than the usual dregs of stage and screen.

Do people still actually watch that? ... I was quite enthusiastic when I first heard about it, but as soon as I saw the first episode that was enough to put me off for life!

In my opinion, Russell Brand is way to big for his boots, branding people as "irritating" when he himself is one of the most irritating people I've ever seen on TV!

He is rather annoying. I'll give him my support simply for getting Kitten to walk off... Classic TV moment.

Efourum is his big break. Oh well, he can always go back to doing working men's clubs when it bombs...

1) Yes I am seb from this forum.

2) You're right - the mullet will be going soon. It looked good for about a week after I first had it done. It is starting to get a life of it's own now.

3) I actually quite like Russell Brand, he is quite funny. Though his accent does change in and out of sarf lahndan.

4) If Efourum wasn't on I couldn't have shamelessly appeared on it and had a great time.

I have managed to watch that show once..

Is it just me that finds the presenter guy just hidiously ugly? I can barely bring myself to look at him. I don't know what it is about him, but his face just disgusts me, lol.
Plus, he's not funny, and just generally quite irritating.

Gah, I HATE that show so much.

I originally went to be Nadia's superfan, but am kind of glad I didn't get it because it would have taken up a lot of time. EFourum called pretty soon after - I did a screen test after being in the audience a few weeks ago.

I was meant to be on sooner but the other guests cancelled and the replacements were all blokes so they hauled in a girl 'obsessive' (it makes us sound like freaks!). So I finally got on Friday.

I guess it was a one-off, but who knows? There's only a few weeks to go so I doubt I'll be on again, but was a lot of fun to do!

Even though my hair is awful and I looked like an eedgit!
