You've listed the family pack (£29 pm or £31 if not direct debit) and not the base pack. It SHOULD be £19.50 pm but they force you to have a telephone line also.

actually this poster is right - sort of - after 3 calls of complaining that both my mum (after upgrade from analogue) and my sister (new customer) were both offerred family pack for £19.50 including phone they finally agreed to match the offer for me after i said i would go to bt/sky......
if you fancy trying to get a reduction then i would suggest the following... PHONE AND ASK FOR CANCELLATIONS - SAY YOU WANT TO GIVE NOTICE TO CANCEL - they may or may not offer you a discount to stay. if they do great - if they dont all you have to do is phone back a few days later and say you changed your mind...go on try it - even the phone call is free!!!!! |

Why is it that ntl have to charge £19.50 for their family package when Telewest only charge £15.50 and have done so since as far as i can remember? Even the Base Pack is £9.50 when Telewest's is £4.50.
