Close To You: The Story Of The Carpenters - Saturday 6th November
Documentary charting the phenomenal success of the American duo who dominated the pop charts in the 1970s. Silas and Edward redecorate a railway hotel, and although its miserly owner dents Silas's good humour, this is soon put to rights by the owner's wife, Queenie. Albert Finney, Sue Johnston, Joe Prospero, Annabelle Aspion, Paul Bown, Tim Barlow Gregory's Girl - Saturday 6th November Witty and unsentimental coming-of-age comedy about a boy who falls hopelessly in love with a girl who becomes the new star player on the school football team. Writer-director Bill Forsyth's screenplay vividly portrays the experience of growing up in urban Scotland. The Magnificent Seven - Sunday 7th November Classic western remake of The Seven Samurai. A Mexican village is at the mercy of Calvera, the leader of a band of outlaws. The townspeople, too afraid to fight for themselves, hire seven American gunslingers to free them from the bandits' raids. The schedules on ITV.com don't list Stay Lucky, where does it say it's being shown?
Great news if Stay Lucky is going to be shown again
