More Tevion/Relysis/Medion?OEM lost manual help needed - Personal Video Recorders

After someone helpfully sent me the quick startup guide*– thanks Thornastor –*it seems my technophobe father needs a bit more. (But at least now he has it set up and has stopped his dodgy reception by hitting that Ntsc pal thing or whatever it is). He can make it work by 'pressing all the buttons' - Mmmm. But then has to leave the TV on to record and if he changes channel the recorded goes with him. And he wants to be able to programme numbers in (a la video plus –*and the manual he lost told him how to do that too) After searching the web yet again with the further help from the last link sent I have yet again had no joy. But I have learned that the Tevion DVD player Recorder MD80032 is a Sampo sold under several names OEM-wise. So if anyone has any of the full instruction manuals for any of these in English - or knows where I could find them please help>>> OEM versions : Maxent RS-215 (USA); Medion MD80137 (US); Relisys RDVR250 (UK); Relisys RDVR250D (UK); Sampo DV-R99 (Taiwan); Tevion MD80032 (UK)

He got the thing from Aldi - but they have unlisted numbers so I can't even ask them for it.

Have looked so long it is all becoming personal! I would be eternally grateful if someone coould help me with this...

Please, please someone help me. I would love to be able to help the big fella out.
