Can't remember they mentioned the anullment and then it was all forgotten about, did this happen off screen? Would be a right laugh if it's forgotten about and 5 years down the line one of them realises they're married to eachother. Now that would be something I'd like to see.

They have had the marriage annulled, Roy was seen presenting the papers to Hayley.
