This Coming Week On Eastenders, Coronation Street & Emmerdale!

Just reading through the Sun's preview for the week ahead in the "big 3" and it promises to be a good un for soap fans everywhere.

In Coronation Street the week opens with Tommy being layed out in the chapel of rest. As the Street gets ready to mourn Tommy's tragic passing, Angela and Katy see it as an opportunity to make sure they are never linked to the awful crime, by burying the evidence with Tommy! Katy almsot cracks up in church but manages to step in for her brother when he sobs over his reading in the church. This sounds like another cracking week in Weatherfield, and I'll be eager to find out if they actually do bury the weapon with Tommy.

Down Walford way, Sonia makes a shocking discovery when she reads that her daughter Chloe's adoptive parents have been killed in a car accident. Against Martins' wishes, Sonia acts on pure maternal instinct and attends the funeral maquerading as a family friend. She later breaks down with the guilt of lying to Martin and the eternal ache she feels at giving Chloe up four years ago. I for one will be indeed looking forward to this one, as this is the type of thing EastEnders has been missing for a long time and a definite welcome from all the gangster and murder storylines we've been seeing.

IN the Dales in the week following Shelley's death in Scotland. The Dales prepares to see another exit this week in the form of Chloe. Carl King finally cottons on that his girlfriend was the one behind those poison pen letters when she discovers that Chloe misspells Waste as Waist, a spelling error all too familiar! After a grilling, Chloe cracks and is found out, things sprial out of control when Chas gets involved and shoves her head into a horse through, after proving that she's not preggers at all! By Eck! It should be entertaining all the same. Soap fans will also be delighted to know, the soaps will run in their normal timeslots this week

And thats your week ahead! Discuss away!

normal timeslots, woohoo! no missing any soaps this week!
I too will be looking forward to EastEnders doing the whole baby thing, I thought they were gonna wait until Chloe/Rebecca was 11 or 12 before they thought of bringing her back but they obviously couldn't wait that long.

Well I had hoped they wouldn't wait that long as the nature of EastEnder's actors and actresses, most of them wouldn't wait around that long, so whilst Natalie Cassidy is committed to the show and possibly before all the young uns that they wanna keep start abandoning ship with all these reports of doom for the show, they had to do it now. Plus, what else is there to except more Chrissie and Sam (Done) or Johnny Allen, Jake and Danny (Over exposed) It'll be great having the focus on the Fowler/Brannings this week.

EastEnders sounds like a really good week!

We've got the bust up in the Vic with the Millers & the Slaters and the bust up with Juley & Mickey - its good to know John Yorke is back!

As well as that the Ferreria's are leaving, two new characters settling into Walford life as well as Sonia & Martins daughter who looks adorable! I like the sound of the storyline.

Good to see its finally getting back on its feet again.

At last something to look forward to on EastEnders. April looks like an OK month too.

I have to say I cannot wait for the Chloe being discovered stuff to happen next week. Because if Chas doesn't shove her head in a horse trough I am just about ready to walk onto the bloody set and do it myself.
