Relief - little chef to stay

Dear Valued Customer
Recent press reports, that indicate the imminent demise of Little Chef, are misleading.

We would like to re-assure our loyal customers that Little Chef will continue to operate as the UK's leading roadside restaurant chain.

Little Chef intends to keep all of those restaurants adjoining Travelodge sites (totalling 115 restaurants) and they will continue trading as Little Chefs for the foreseeable future.

In addition, Little Chef is currently searching for a buyer to take on the remainder of the restaurants (120 restaurants) as a going concern - as such they will also continue to operate as Little Chefs.

As you can see from the above, Little Chef will not be disappearing from Britain's roadsides and will continue to serve our famous breakfasts, and much more, to customers old and new.

Warmest regards,
Little Chef

Phew, that's a relief. I thought at first that you meant that they were cancelling Big Cook, Little Cook!

Little Thief - The last resort of a desparately hungry man. Slow service, Overpriced. Crap food.

Cold, wet and tired I stumbled into a little chef, where I curled up in a corner booth with my lover Alan Partridge.

Oh sorry but their chicken burgers are absolutely gorgeous... get a nice starter, a nice fat burger and a big slob of chocolate fudge cake and a cup of tea. Fantastic... but a little pricey.

Mouth's watering now thinking of those amazing burgers! Made myself hungry hehe
