More Ant is gay 'evidence'... - Big Brother

1. In the edited show the hm's were jumping on the bouncy castle and Ant jumped on top of Craig and they were both giggling. Now, I'm not a neanderthal, male male contact isn't homosexual *but* the straight men I know wouldn't jump giggling on top of a gay acting man either.

2. When Derek was talking about how he knew he was gay from age 13, Ant was being waaay too vocal about how he could never imagine getting turned on by a man/kissing a man, and wouldn't Derek prefer a nice attactive girl (my theory being that closet homosexuals are purposefully ignorant towards open gays in order to mask their sexuality).

So what does everyone think? I know it doesn't really matter whether he's gay or not, it's just a bit of fun guessing

I have seen no evidence that Anthony is gay, don't know what the fuss is about. If he is gay then why not say Roberto is gay as well?

Like I said, just a bit of fun guessing, and yeah, I do think it matters since he'd have been lying to cover up something which there's no shame in anyway (to fit in with Max? who knows)

I wouldn't say Roberto is gay because he's given me no reason to think he is...

IF he`s gay, IF he`s in the closet then its perfectly understanderble that he would try to project a more `macho` image to his peers as a way of blending in with the percieved norm.
Also, the BB house might not be the best place to come out of said closet

No way!! Is that true?

I think if he is gay, it's a shame he feels he needs to hide it at all. And if he was that bothered about people finding out etc, rather than lie on national tv, I'd just not go on BB at all.

Has anyone considered the posibility that Anthony is being quite clever? yeah I know I can't believe I'm typing it either. BUT it is known that traditional 'gay' men last longer in BB than overtly beer, fags and footy type of male and he is jumping on the bandwagon.

I know it is a stupid idea but it could be a possibility.

H77 just hopes gay isn't the wrong word to use this week.

Trust me. He's definitely not gay. He's vain, and self-obsessed in image terms. That does not make you gay. IMO Antony borders on slight homophobia: he is attractive to gay men and wants to be admired but is uncomfortable about the attention as he lacks the mental and social skills to handle it.

Great observation.
His mother said that he has a lot of gay men fancying him in his line of work which is good business for the group. He doesn't want to alienate that following yet at the same time he's trying to get it across that he's definately heterosexual.

Personally I don't think Ant is gay & see his femine traits, as typical of a vein man rather than a gay man. I don't think he likes woman that much either, infact I think Anthony prefers men's company & only see's woman as sex toy's & as so they are not very relevant to Ant. I don't see any evidence of him being Gay, not that it matters either way & whilst I'm not a big lover of Ant why is his or anybody elses sexuality my buisness, OK it's a game show based on Psychology, but that doesn't mean we own their soul's.

Well I had a theory that seems to be showing more signs of being true.

I had two friends who I felt were Moxies....one ended up with a Colombian girl and the other with a woman from Ghana.

At the time I joked that gay men who didn't know they were gay always go for the exotic.
Both have "come out" since then.

I have seen it several times since and wondered about the couples.

Ant has a fascination for sleeping with a black girl.....this may his bridge into the world of Homo's.

Then again, people might say that my fascination for Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffinay's may make me a quasi-queer.

Who am i kidding....there aint nothing quasi about me
