Preston/Chorley to get a new station

The Preston/Chorley area will be getting a new station advertised this year on 106.5 (Preston) and 96.3 (Chorley), who do we tink will get it? My money is on UTV.

TLRC, unfortunately - they already own two small-scale stations in that bit of Lancashire and that seems to be one of Ofcom's main deciding factors in licence awards.
