Traci conforms to an insincere Californian bimbo stereotype. Everything is "neat" or "cool" or "excellent", even when it is patently sh!t.

Look at the praise she heaped on Chantelle for her singing "I Want It Right Now" which she thought was totally amazing - even though Chantelle did not know the words and could not sing in tune.

I am not sure this is really about stupidity, but naivety and cultural differences.
