Aeroplane Food

I love Aeroplane meals, I've never had one bad meal on a plane, you always hear about horror stories about them.

Does anyone else llike Aeroplane meals?

Have you had a great meal recently on a plane and if so, what seating class were you in?

I've had a few good meals in Business. But the meals in Standard/Economy just got to be boring after a while. ALWAYS the same vinaigrette salad...

I am also another member of the weird group of people who enjoys the food on planes. Emirates has fantastic in-flight meals, drinks and snacks.

Aeroflot (economy) was my most unpleasant experiance.

Lufthansa (business and economy)
and Royal Dutch(KLM) (business) have been my favourites

I do actually quite like aeroplane food. I will be going to Rome on Jet2 next week, and I don't think they serve meals. Is that correct?

I like them too, it reminds me of canteen food, something I also enjoy.
Olympic do good food and nice wine - it's the only thing I look forward to about flying!

Haha, I like them too, but I sometimes ponder what the blob of yellow served with the "breakfast" actually is! (it's rumoured to be an omelette!)

It never tastes of anything though! The so-called omlette is the only thing I don't like about aeroplane food.

Something a bit cute about Airplane food

Worst Ive had was on Ambassader Airlines (no longer running) it was just a manky old bacon roll that had been nuked to the max just could not get that to my lips! Mr Elliebee ate it though he said it tasted like cardboard!

Something that riles me about a whole host of meals, in-flight included, is the fact they give you soft bread and hard butter!

You end up with ripped bread topped with a slightly deformed blockette of butter. Mmmm appetising!

put the butter pack on top of the hot part of the meal (whilst still in the foil of course) whilst you eat the starter
