Pretty please - help identify the ADSL Router

Need to access the router, but have no instructions, the box is marked IS35734-CO ADSL ROUTER.

NO makers name on it either.

Cant seem to find any info on the web, have tried the standard http://192.168.0.1/ but no luck!

As always, thanks in advance!

What IP address range is it in if you plug a PC into it and you get an IP address?

Click start > run, and type in cmd and click ok. In the command prompt type ipconfig and press enter.
Find "local area connection" or the wireless connection in the list it spits out.

It should say Default Gateway : then an IP address, that IP address is the router so try putting that into a web browser.

For example:
Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection 5:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::99b1:4e09:d00f:cf3d%10
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 10.0.0.33
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.0.0.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.0.0.1

Doesn't mater. If it's got a DHCP server running on the LAN side then it will give out addresses regardless of the WAN status.

Picture of the router might help.

Has anyone else, using a router, had problems with internet access during
this heatwave? Its a long shot but I am wondering if thats why my access
has been so sporadic since the weekend.

No.

Hancock - What is YOUR PC's IP address (I mean the one connected to this router)? If you clicl:

Start/run/cmd [enter[ and then type ipconfig /all [return] into the DOS box. You'll get a lot of information. We can help you, if you give us that information.

Of particular interest, is an entry called "Gateway".
