Aisleyne's motives? - Big Brother

Let me start by saying that I am a Nikki fan who, while not blind to her many faults , finds her flawed character strangely endearing.
Having watched the live footage last night, I am trying to work out Aisleyne's motivation . It seems obvious to me that Ash is trying to either isolate Nikki from the two people she likes & trusts in the house [Lea & Pete] , or she is trying to drive a wedge between Pete & the two people he is closest to , namely , Pete & Nikki. Which one it is, I am not sure. All I know is she was playing Pete like a fiddle last night ,& he does not seem to have the emotional intelligence to have sussed her out.
The staged flirting by Ash in the kitchen looked very forced & false to me . In fact , she later told Richard in the bedroom that she did not fancy Pete & she thought that ,if anyone , it was Nikki that Pete liked. If she genuinely believes that , what's her game? If she genuinely likes Pete as a friend, why would she want to hurt him by breaking up his two closest friendships in the house ?
Is it just a power trip to see if she can, or is it because she sees Pete as the eventual winner , & wants to isolate him before putting the knife in his back?
When she first came into the house, I liked Ash & thought she was a breath of fresh air, but the more she is letting her guard down & showing her true self, the more I am convinced she is a very cold & calculating game player. Whether her ultimate target is Pete or Nikki, I haven't been able to work out yet.

I agree totally with that

last night Pete and Aisleyne were playing a game to wind the housemates up - because they know the house thinks they fancy each other - so they decided to play up to them all... it wasa funny to watch actually...

then lea literally started circling the pair - literally....and then went for Pete...it was scary

Then it was nilkkis turn - just as scary

so in Lea and nikki's case - ash and Pete's game proved very informative - it certainly worked

nilli and lea - a pair of sad evil B*****s

Backdoor_uk , I actually agree that Lea is stalking him & has a very unhealthy obsession , but my point is that if Ash genuinely likes Nikki & Lea , why isolate him. As for Nikki, I think she genuinely likes Pete & IMO is not stalking him, just making a hash of flirting with him.

IMO, Lea is the only one (and Lisa, at one time) who has genuine feelings for Pete. The other two (Nikki and Ais) are hangers on who think he's going to win.

But why can them two not take a hint??? It is embarassing. And I wouldn't say Aisleyne is "isolating" him, the man has a mind of his own and obviously prefers Aisleyne's company to those two, who could blame him??

Shelbby, I know that is what she initially said they should do , but when she was in the living room later on with Pete & Richard, she was obviously warning him off types of girl like Nikki . The fact is that for a while now, she has been dropping little bits of poison in Pete's ear about both of them. What I want to know is why. She can see that he likes the two of them, & yet is trying to split up his friendship with them.

Megan G - Aisleyne's motivesI believe that Aisleyne has no morals whatsoever. She will use any method to win. Of course Pete means nothing to her only as a means to an end. She has gone around with her whispering campaign saying one thing to one and another to another stirring things up as much as she can. She is a real Gameplayer more savvy than any of the others in the house. Sezer was her match (I've said this before) they recognised each other immediately for what they were that is why the dislike was so intense. One of them had to go and Sezer lost and once the other Alpha female was gone there was no stopping her. Her and her little chats with Richard are for her benefit because in having them she is putting 'Dickie' in a bad light. See how everyone blames him for the bitching. Makes me laugh - she's set him up to be the fall guy and he hasn't even cottoned on. As I said she is probably the only real Gameplayer left in the house and she wants to win so all's fair in love and war. IMO

i must be blinded to it i just don't see it that way. if anything i think it's her trying to put pete off because she wants him for herself. As you say all's fair in LOVE and WAR

They are doing that all by themselves!! Lea is tragic, "just a little kiss would be nice.....I am not a dity old woman!" it tantamounts to harressment, and Nikki is no better!

She sees Pete the same as the others do - a potential winner - so get him on side then destroy him because by then Lea and Nikky will either be evicted or have given up on him and he will have no support. Hitchins, I absolutely agree about Lea , but disagree about Nikki. I believe she genuinely likes him . I can't understand all this talk about Nikki only liking him because he is a likely winner. It seems to me that of any of them in the house, the one who has reason to be confident in her ability to carry on to the final stages is Nikki. After all, she's the only one who has been kept in the house twice by the public vote , & is likely to be kept in again today. I think it was just that when Ash flirted with Pete yesterday in such an in your face way, she realised how much she liked him, got drunk & made a hash out of flirting with him!

I don't think Nikki is trying to get into Petey's pants because he may potentially win, but I don't think she really likes him that much, she just like attention, and IMO any man would have done. And you always want what you can't have!

It's Aislyene's holier than thou attitude and her sanctimonous looking down on Nikki that annoys me. I truly believe that Aislyene's plan when she entered the house was to split Mikey and Grace, not because she particularly fancied Mikey but because she knew the public disliked Grace. She also ingratiated herself to Pete because she knows he's very popular. Ais doesn't like Nikki, she's constantly putting her down, inferring and literaly saying to anyone who will listen that Nikki is acting, saying it to the public in the diary room, etc.

I realise that Nikki has many faults, but she's been consistent since Day 1 in that house and I believe the way she is in the house is the way she is outside the house aswell. Nikki lives in a shallow world, probably has shallow relationships and friends, but that doesn't mean she's shallow inside, it's just that she's used to being the way she is. Her connection with Pete is real and sweet in my opinion and Ais's constant digs at it are just because Ais wants to get rid of Nikki out of that house. Ais will nominate Nikki this week.

Lea is a total praying mantis of a woman and not to be trusted at all. Nikki doesn't see it unfortunately and Lea will bring Nikki down quicker than Ais will. Last night on live feed I feared for poor Pete's safety when Lea was almost forcing herself upon him. I would put money on it that she will continue to try and break down Pete's defences while she remains in the house, her main goal is to get Pete into bed.

Pete whilst a really nice guy, sends out mixed messages and doesn't seem to realise it. He's emotionally blocks out anything he doesn't want to deal with. He was shocked that Lea fancied him, my god he must be very emotionally blocked not to see that one.

Well at the moment I think a lot of people just CANT see through Ais's act unfortunately. And the way BB are editing her I'm not surprised.

Also BB are editing Lea very faviourably, maybe they're afraid to let the main C4 viewers see what a wackko she is.

she is playing one against the other Nikki almost found that out the other night when after a good bitching session by Ash Nikki confronted her in the bathroom only for Ash to talk her way out of it (note the bitching session was not in the h/lights), I also notice the many negative comments made by her about Nikki to other HMs

As an older woman I feel incredibly embarassed by Lea and also sad that this woman cannot taket the hint that she is not wanted by Pete in a 'sexual way'
Grace is known as the 'bitch' of the house but I think she is a fledgling compared to Lea, last night this woman bitched for England and then some

The relationship between Pete and Nikki is a complicated one, In Nikki Pete sees someone who has problems and is scarred by them, much like himself, Nikkis OCD and eating problems make her different and prone to name calling and bullying just like he has encounterd with his tourettes, I noticed Nikki comes in for some ribbing over her hygene issues which Pete never joins in with or laughs at like the others
He sees her as a freind and little girl who needs a cuddle

I agree with virtually all of that except the bit about Lea - I still believe she is using him she has said before that 'her Petey' will win and truth is she didn't give him a sideways look until she saw the size of his 'old man'

so IMO she wants to get to the final hanging onto his shirt tails and if she can grab a bit on the way she'll be exceedingly grateful
