I saw Grace this afternoon

I left a meeting in Covent Garden with a colleague and we literally bumped into her, walking alone and hauling a gigantic shoulder bag, in a side street near Drury Lane. We gave no sign of recognition (we're far too cool for that but she glared directly at us - she might have noticed the bottle of water sticking out of my bag (I refrained from using it I'm ashamed to say.

She seemed in a foul mood, she was stomping along in the inevitable cowboy boots and a multi-coloured array of clothes which ended about a yard from her knees - and if looks could kill my colleage and I would no longer be here. However, the most noticeable thing about our Gracie today (and possibly the reason for her foul mood) was that the had overdosed on the fake tan and was a very violent shade of orange.

I was going to ask if you threw water, but you've answered that -maybe you could have just spat at her instead

You actually SAW Grace?

Poor you! My sympathies and condolences go out to you at this difficult time. Keep your chin up, my friend, and I hope you get over such an horrific ordeal soon!

You should be ashamed. You should have emptied the whole lot over her and then said "sorry".

You could have said "I'm not bothered, Babe!" and then walked off when you tipped water over her!

I wonder what Gracie would have done?!

Its not surprising she's sticking to the side-streets & the bag was no doubt full of copies of Nutz that she bought to make it look like she's popular

Oddly enough, I also saw Stephen Fry in Covent Garden (Monmouth Street) a couple of weeks ago Unlike Grace he was a normal 'flesh' shade and was smiling

I don't know where she was off to, but there are a number of dance rehearsal studios in the Drury Lane area. She was definitely staying off the main drag...maybe finding that 'fame' is not all its cracked up to be. Covent Garden was the pits today - full of tourists, including Grace - no matter what she says, she's not a Londoner, we refuse to own her!
