'Is that the guy from the video'? - Big Brother

Thanks to the perfect placement of an advert on the live feed last night (fancy THAT eh?!) I missed the actual moment when the HMs met Jennie and Michael last night. But watching it now on the Channel4 site, I noticed a couple of the HMs mention 'Is that the guy from the video', 'Thats the guy from the video' when they saw Michael. What on earth is this video they are talking about, anyone have a clue?

It was during Karaoke night. Whilst they were singing BB played videos of the newbies to the HMs.

Check out the 'Two For Tea' videoclip and listen to the reactions when the blinds go up...

At around 1m30s Richard says there are 2 new people in the garden, I think it is Pete that says first that 'Is that the guy from the video' followed by Susie and then Nikki who all say the same thing...

What IS this video that they all seem to know about?

During the karaoke night Richard even said 'I bet those people in the video are new housemates' seems like he was spot on...

FFS - I don't do BS.

During the karaoke singing BB was showing vids to the HMS - they remarked on them

Eveyrone watching wanted to know what they were but assumed that they were the five new HMs. (five songs five different vids)

Anyway on Saturday Ash said on the live feed to the newbies that they had been shown vids of them the night before during the karaoke.

That is further confirmed by the comment in the OP.

OK - good enough or do you want blood?

Last Thursday, they had a Karaoke night as a reward for completing their suggestions task. Each of the 5 songs had a video and halfway through, Ash took Lea aside to say that she recognised the person on the video from the auditions, so there was speculation that 5 new HMs were coming in. For some reason, the performances on Karaoke night weren't shown on the HLs.

A screen was put up for the words to go across for the songs - the videos were on there. The HMs were all laughing and pointing and carrying on at what was on the screen.

Just wanted to add my voice as someone else who also watched the Kareoke night live, heard the HMs talk about the videos that were played with the songs, and heard them speculate that they might be new HMs.

I also heard Ash say to the newbies about the videos.

When the HMs had a Karaoke night, they had videos of people dancing to the songs, plus the lyrics on the screen. WE didn't see these on the live footage, we know this because they kept remarking on them, and then they kept saying 'hey, could these be the new housemates?' i think they also mentioned that one of them looked like a laugh but was a bit of a minger.

we didn't see it on the highlights because the songs were copyrighted, so couldn't be shown (also, the live feed gave us no sound).

*phew*

then, when ash met the new hms, she remarked something to jennie about seeing her leg or something on one of these videos...quite obscure i know, but i think this is what she said. i don't know whether this was confirmed or not.

so that's what i know. and it's not 'bs'! :P
