Is it fair that someone who was evicted could win over someone who has

been there the whole time?

I'm sorry but I think its disgraceful an ex housemate could return and win. So much for 'who goes you decide'', I don't think much thought has gone into this years show at all. If lets say Nikki returns and then wins that could damage the show for good and once that happens theres no way back.

Don't get me wrong I think this is a great twist with four of them returning and then the housemates choosing who goes back in but the winning thing is plain wrong.

Yes. It sets a bad precedent for the future of the show and I cant see people wanting to vote in evictions anymore as that person could return at a later stage anyway.

I don't see how it can be, and surely the whole debacle over Dawn's eviction reasons are then worthless, as the prospective winning hm will have had plenty of contact with the outside world. (I know some did, but no one knew them in the first place)

If the hm's vote then surely they'd vote for someone who the public hated????? Is it official that the hm re-entering will be eligable to win?

Nicki is now making a series for Endemol for a substantial fee. Surely the public are being conned here?

If it turns out they can win its fraud. Now no matter how BB can 'change the rules at any time' they won't get away with that.

I doubt they can win.

So I take it you don't want Aisleyne, Susie or Jennie to win either? The only original HMs left are Glyn, Imogen, Mikey, Pete and Richard.

It does annoy me, though, that some people will have spent a lot of money on getting a HM out, only to see them return. Bit of a slap in the face, really.

its bad enough if a latecomer wins but an evicted Hm winning would destroy the format completely and make the show pointless to any viewers especialy voters. i would feel ripped off. why not just put camaron back in every year and give him immunity from noms?

C4 says:
"The show's chiefs are said to be devising a plan for the chosen evictees to enter a secret house, although they are not expected to qualify for the £100,000 winning prize."

Er, more like fraud!
And they'll be expecting you to pay more money getting the quota back in!
No way!

Put simply, if an evicted housemate can win, all the votes from day 1 have not meant anything (I'm sure lots of viewers have spent quite a bit by now) just mi££ions for endemol which suerly cant be legal.

Well, yes. Also that

Although I guess they'll just say 'oh well, we gave you the chance to vote someone different in, if you'd paid more money doing that, the person you paid to be evicted wouldn't have got in'.

RAAAAAAWR.

It is right out fraud, thats why I doubt they can win.

I hope to god Bonnie is there as I reckon she should go in. It makes me sick Nikki is going to get another chance even though she has her own show and several magazine deals under her belt.

I think you're giving the public much more credit than they deserve.

If this is true they might as well scrap nominations\public vote and just have Endemol decide who goes each eviction. Death of the show i believe.

That's pretty much what I was going to say.

They should really change the phrase to

Who goes. Endemol decides.

Or

Who goes? You decide, but if we can't manipulate you into voting out who we want you to we will ignore you and bring them back anyway.

To evict AISLEYNE text AISLEYNE to 666 (calls are free)
To evict RICHARD text RICHARD to 666 (calls are free)
To evict NIKKI text NIKKI to 999 (calls cost £100 and will be ignored)

*roll credits*
