would you call the capital City of your kingdom including suburbs and the coast locations?

For me if I owned an island, I would call it fantasia. The capital would be Ivory Hill and and suburbs would have districts named after famous poets like Dylon Thomas, Chaucer and Shelley.

The east coast would be white Sands
west coast would be Folkestone port of reo
North coast would be England Beach
South would be swelling ages.
