Failing recordings?? - Sky+

Decided to make a seperate thread about this as it's a different issue to the thread I posted in before.

I've just managed to get Skybymobile working on my k800i and it will let me set recordings etc... BUT.... when I look in my planner there is an entry there but it just says ...Searching and no programme info. Tried to tape mega structures on C5 earlier and it failed.

Anyone got any ideas of why or how to fix it??

How did you manage to get it on your K800? I registered my K800 and you're supposed to get a download to your phone but I got nothing. I tried to download it manually and it said 'service is not available for your mobile device'. I then went to FAQs and the K800 is not listed as being a compatiable handset. That might be your problem although I cannot understand why this phone wouldn't be compatiable?! Might be that this is a new phone and Sky need to update their list.
