The 3rd person has been named that was in the room where Daniel died.

There was Anna Nicole , Daniel and Howard K Stern.

I have no idea what the big secret was. But they say criminal charges may happen.

I really feel for Anna Nicole Smith - this should be a wonderful time for her and her son as the both of them get to know their new family member, instead Anna is devastated at the loss of her only son, and on the verge of discovering that he has died under suspicious circumstances. I haven't got a clue as to what happened, or what MIGHT have happened, but am deeply shocked that criminal charges may be brought on by Daniel's death! A new life and a death in less that a week, she must be truly devastated!

Well they suspect he died of Alcohol posioning, drinking too much on plane, on the way over there.

If that's the case then I suspect they may decide to sue the Airline for letting him get wasted and causing his death but that's just what they had on the news. We'll have to wait and see to be sure. That makes sense to me though. I dunno why else they would make criminal charges.
