Imogen & Glyn swap BB House for 'Haunted' House

"WELSH Big Brother stars Glyn and Imogen are going back into the house - but this time it's a haunted house.

The BB7 pair are spending the night together in a 700-year-old medieval fortress complete with spooks and ghouls.

They have been roped in as ghostbusters on the S4C TV game show Ofn - which means scared."

Oh dear!
This has S4C "Most Haunted" rip-off written all over it!
And why are they taking kids with them?? Perhaps they'll have to offer them up as a living sacrifive to a malevolent demon!

Somehow I see Imo coping much better in this scenario. Glyn probably believes in ghosts and is gonna be filling his pants with semi-digested black-pudding...

Imo will just look a poltergeist in the face and say "whatever babes"

Good luck to both Glyn & Imogen.

I wonder if Grace will be hired to act the part of something scarey.

well not really; I expect S4C have offered this to Glyn and Imo on a plate. S4C pays very well, and they'd be foolish not to take advantage of the opportunity. There is also the added benefit of obscurity should they wish.
I.e. If they prove to be successes on S4C they may well get more work on BBC Cymru/Wales and in England etc.
If the show is a flop, only Welsh-speakers will know about it, and there'll be minimal damage to their potential elsewhere.

Although S4C is an obscure channel, it has a charter like the BBC and pays very well.

In the welsh-speaking reality TV show celebs market Glyn and Imo are the tops.

Anyone know of any others?

Touchè! But they're making a fat wad of cash, and there's no smut involved, so who cares - good on them, they're richer than me!

"In Big Brother they knew who was watching them, but in the haunted castle you never know who's got their beady eyes on you. The show promises to be loads of fun - can you imagine Glyn's reaction if they actually see a ghost!"

I've seen a ghost for the very first time, Ahum Ahum

He'd probably just fart at it - the fetid black-pudding and pork scratching odour would soon exorcise the most satanic of demons... I can see it now <Glyn Wise stars in "The Flatulist" >

Loads of guaranteed ring fenced public subsidy with no fear of poor ratings. The Glyn/ Imogen detractors can crow all they like but there is money to be made here.

I suspect too that O/Bs,castles and ghosts and such things hint at big budget kids TV by S4C standards its normally buckets of water and crap costumes in a studio!

Thanks for the links, Endemoniada.

It's good to see housemates doing something that isn't just "the usual".

I'd pay good money to see Nikki trapped in
a haunted house for a night.
Sounds like a good bit of fun for Imo and Glyn.

Apart from the 'who's Imo sleeping with' headlines (which so far have had no truth to them whatsover) Imo's had really 'nice' little progressive news stories. It's always a pleasure to see what she's up to next.
It makes a change to the mud slinging headlines of some of the others.

Good luck to them. I remember when they were in the house and Imogen thought she saw a ghost, it was really funny. Glyn took her to the drairyroom and she ended up singing ghost busters.
