Hollyoaks 100 Characters Poll Results - Soaps

A while back a poll was held to find the greatest Hollyoaks Character from the last 11 glorious years of the show. Over 400 people voted through various websites and forums and the votes have finally been counted to release a list of 100 Hollyoaks Greatest Characters. Expect a few surprises (I know I did) and some which you will actually laugh and debate about...Thanks for every1 who voted...I found the results quite intresting....

1 - 4 are great. Carmel at 47 is also wonderful.

And Justin isn't in the Top 20 which is just great.

I am shocked to see Mel in the Top 5! Also why isnt Justin there! He has been one of the show's popular characters in recent history. Luke and kurt should also be in the Top 10!

Wow, a record turn-out for that poll, mind you, ranking 100 characters would take ages especially when a lot of those have been very forgettable! I've watched it since the start and had to puzzle over some of those names!

Actually with Mel and Sophie it's to do with their great characters. And if you want to play the sympathy card, you could also say that for Dan Hunter.

Can't see how Olivia, Jessica and Will are there. And why is Kris so high up?

isn't carol in the top 100, very surprised if she isn't- i couldn't see her anyway! and im surprised as to how far down the list ruth and cindy are too!!

loved mandy wouldn't have said she was the best though!

Neither can I. Especially as Lisa isn't even in there - one of the shows main characters with a lots of storylines. Funny that the dreadful Carrie Owen and Sally Hunter are though.....

I would.

She was the best actress playing the best character. She lasted ten years on a series that is well known for its high turnover of acting talent.

The only question is can she build a successful career away fro Hollyoaks. I think she has the talent and looks to reach the top. The only problem is will she get the luck as well. We will see.
