Catherine Tate

Today's episode has been quite good. Better than the first one!

Lauren was good, with Natalie Cassidy! And so was the Life On Mars spoof.

It's like a "Spot the EastEnders actor" game!

Niky Wardley, Natalie Cassidy, Tom Ellis, Una Stubbs!

I absolutely can't stand Catherine Tate.

Just a poor rip off from Little Britain

Great episode tonight, enjoying the show a lot.

Is this the last series?

Not a patch on last week IMO, but still very funny.

I wasn't keeping a track of the time, but I thought we had had about 10 minutes when it finished

I didnt really like the black and white 60s one - they went on too long I thought.

I loved Lauren this week! She's been the strongest character for me again this series

I'm missing the Essex couple though...

I loved this episode. Still not really liking the 'I can do that' woman, but the rest was fairly decent. I think he Gran is fantastic.

Same here - the weakest part of the show this week

One of CT's best ever shows. Natalie Cassidy was brilliant as the cheerleader.

Ma Willow is funny along with Derek and the Geordie social worker.

One of the weakest sketches I think is the burger van.

Pity CT hasn't done the 'I dunno' couple in this series, yet anyway.

People are saying why isn't she doing the Essex couple but if she WAS still doing them they'd be complaining because it's been milked too much. Good decision to axe them rather than just doing the same gag over and over like Little Britain.

It's very easy to compare this show to Little Britain because of the obvious catchphrase characters. But the majority of the show is made up for fresh, original, intelligent, funny sketches. Catherine Tate is fantastic. Tonight's episode was much stronger than last weeks. Life At Ma's was brilliant. Nan was on top form. Derek was as hilarious as ever. Just a great half hour. Loving this series.
